Talent Ascent is a specialist talent strategy consultancy built for scaling companies where the wrong hire could cost the business runway, missed commercial targets, and the hires that should have come after them.

 

Talent Ascent's work sits at the intersection of advisory and execution: diagnosing hiring problems, designing the frameworks to resolve them, and, where needed, delivering the hiring itself.

Ways of Working

No two scale-ups are the same - so engagements range to fit business needs. Talent Ascent will meet you where you are. From single-project advisory work to longer-term embedded partnerships, or fractional strategic consultancy.

Assignments are often commissioned around specific crunch points: building a new function from 0-1, diagnosing hiring bottlenecks,  preparing for a critical leadership hire, or redesigning the talent operating model ahead of the next stage of growth.
